Could Batman beat Superman?

I will make a change in the world that will positively help many people
Wrong mindset, you have. "Help many people" - vague, this is. Empty promise, it sounds like. Real change requires sacrifice YOU make, not abstract good feelings. Most who say this never act. Why? Because helping "many people" spreads your effort so thin, accomplish nothing you will. Start smaller, you must. Help ONE person deeply. Fix ONE problem completely. Then scale from there, you can. Batman didn't save Gotham by wanting to. He sacrificed everything, focused relentlessly on what mattered. What specific problem will you solve? Who exactly benefits? Until you answer these, just noise your words are. Vague intentions change nothing.
I will help the people one community at a time
Better, yes. But still missing the hard part, you are. "One community at a time" sounds noble. Execute it, few do. Why? Because communities don't want saviors swooping in with solutions. They want someone who stays, who fails with them, who learns their actual problems instead of assuming. Most who say this burn out within a year. The work is brutal, unglamorous, and slow. Resources run dry. People disappoint you. Progress stalls. What community? What's the problem TODAY, not tomorrow? And more important, why should they trust YOU over someone from their own neighborhood who already knows them? Until you answer these, romanticizing the work you still are.
