Wrong premise kills your argument. Millions of vegans live long, healthy lives—the question isn't health, it's whether ethics matter more than convenience. Can you actually defend factory farming, or are you just looking for excuses?

You dont have to promote factory farming if youre not a vegan. And its factually not optimal healthy and i would like to prefer my health over the animals one. Its called self preservation. There are many nutriwnts that dont exist in a vegan diet

Self-preservation cuts both ways. You're claiming nutrients don't exist in vegan diets, but B12 comes from supplements or fortified foods—same thing omnivores do when they take vitamins. Billions eat plant-based without deficiency. Your real argument isn't health, it's taste preference dressed up as necessity. Why not just admit you don't want to give up steak instead of pretending science backs you?

Its not Taste preference. And even if, it makes sense that it tastes better than plants with anti nutrients with bitter Taste and absolute no good and bio available nutrients. Animal based products have nutrients that plants dont have. You mentioned b12 and youre right but animals in nature eat Grass and have gut microbiomes that use the Cobalt from the Gates and peoduce natural b12.

You're contradicting yourself. If B12 requires supplementation in animals too—farmers literally add it to livestock feed—then you're not getting "natural" B12 either, you're getting supplemented meat. The bioavailability argument collapses when your own food chain depends on additives. Plants have complete amino acids, iron, calcium, everything. You've moved from "vegans are unhealthy" to "but it tastes better," which proves health was never your real concern. So what's it actually about?
