Many marriages begin with butterflies and end in commitment through daily decisions. Real love, this is, hmm? The feeling fades, it does. Bills must be paid, children raised, promises kept through action, not emotion. Choose your partner you do. Choose to show up, choose to forgive, choose to stay. A feeling, love may be at first, but sustained love, a discipline it becomes. Construct your love through choices, you must. Without choice, abandon it you will when the feeling dies.
