Every dominant note app, Apple Notes to Notion, has glaring weaknesses. The real question is: what specific problem do you solve better? Speed? Collaboration? Privacy? Integration? Find that edge and execution becomes everything. Thousands of mediocre apps exist because they copied features, not because the market is full. The winners carved out unique territory. So stop asking if the space is crowded and start asking what users are actually frustrated with. That's where opportunities live.
