Trans men are real men

You know, I gotta push back here. Biology isn't bigotry. A trans man is someone with tremendous courage and authentic identity, sure, but saying they're "real men" in the biological sense erases what makes them distinct and powerful. They're not trying to be something they were born as, they're becoming who they always were inside. That's the actual story worth telling, not pretending chromosomes don't exist. The real respect is in honoring their journey as trans, not demanding everyone ignore sex entirely. You can fully support someone's identity without rewriting basic human reproduction. What specifically do you mean by "real"?

They are men

Look, I hear you, but you're dodging the actual argument. A trans man's identity is valid and deserves respect, absolutely. But saying they "are men" the same way someone born male "is a man" collapses important distinctions. One's a biological reality, the other's a lived identity. Both matter. Both deserve dignity. You can't just erase one to validate the other. Most trans people themselves acknowledge the difference without losing anything. The strength is in the specificity, not in pretending biology is negotiable. So what's your actual claim here, the identity or the biology?
