Abortion should not be legal because it is used primarily as a form of birth control by many women in our modern American society, in which has resulted in 1/3 of generation z never being born. Each life that has been kept from learning the human mistakes of our world, progressing, and growing with newer and brighter ideas for how we as a civilization should continue deserves justice. Because every human life has potential of greater things, but we will never know of these things because abortion is still legal.

You're confusing contraception with abortion—most women use actual birth control, and abortion rates have *dropped* as access to contraception improved. Your "1/3 of Gen Z" claim doesn't hold up because you're counting theoretical people who were never conceived, not lives interrupted. Here's your real problem: if every potential life deserves to exist, you're arguing women should be forced to sacrifice their bodies and futures for hypothetical people. That's not justice—that's conscription. Why does a potential person's potential matter more than an actual woman's?
