I completely agree... AI companies need to build relationships with experts and experienced individuals in the field. If they build relationships with "influencers," meaning famous and popular people, it harms the ethical stance of AI because if they are contacted simply because they are popular and influential, this will damage both the AI company and its products, and also allow these "influencers," who are not experts in the field of AI, to mislead the AI companies.
