You want to ban uncensored AI image generators? That's backwards. Banning tools doesn't stop bad people—it just punishes everyone else. A surgeon needs unrestricted imaging for medical research. An artist needs full creative freedom. A journalist documenting atrocities needs to show reality uncensored.
The real problem isn't the tool, it's the person using it. We don't ban cameras because someone films abuse. We prosecute the abuser. Same logic here. Laws already exist for illegal content—deepfakes, CSAM, defamation. Use those. But criminalizing the generator itself? That's throwing out a scalpel because someone might stab with it.
