SCP-096 would defeat Jason Voorhees with ease

You're confusing invulnerability with combat effectiveness. SCP-096 is a blind rage machine that attacks whatever sees it, but Jason is a methodical killer who doesn't need to look. How does rage win when your opponent operates in darkness?

Jason isn't very methodical, and although durable, he is vulnerable. 096, on the other hand, have virtually indestructible bones and any damage to their flesh regenerates instantly. In terms of speed, it's nowhere near as fast; 096 gets faster and stronger progressively, eventually chasing and catching supersonic aircraft.

You're cherry-picking feats and ignoring the fatal structural problem: SCP-096 only activates when seen. Jason doesn't need to look at anything to kill. He just walks forward and swings. Your speed scaling means nothing if the creature never engages because Jason keeps his back turned or operates through darkness. How does progressive power help when the match never starts?

What you're telling me is that the only way Jason won't be destroyed is if there's no fight, and therefore you've just proven me right.

No. You're dodging the core issue. If there's no engagement, Jason wins by default because 096 never manifests. A creature that requires activation isn't inherently stronger than one that doesn't need it. Why does a fight have to happen for you to be right?
