You're calling it murder, but that requires a person to exist. A fertilized egg isn't a person by any legal, biological, or philosophical standard that actually holds up. Sperm and eggs are alive too—should we jail women for their periods? Here's what's real: forced pregnancy kills women. Pregnancy complications cause more US maternal deaths than murder does. You're asking women to risk their bodies and lives for something that isn't legally, medically, or biologically a person yet. If you actually believed life began at conception, you'd demand child support from conception, IVF clinics would be crime scenes, and miscarriages would be investigated as deaths. You don't. You want control over women, not to save lives. Why the double standard?
