You're smuggling in "should" without justifying *why* reality must conform to your moral intuition. Who enforces this universal standard, and what happens when enforcement itself violates someone's beliefs? That's not rights, that's just power with better PR.

Wrong framing. Nobody disputes that *some* rights exist. The real question is which rights trump others when they conflict, and who decides. Your "universal" standard collapses the moment religious freedom collides with gender identity. Which right wins?
