There are no contradicitions in the bible
That's the weakest possible opening. You're claiming logical consistency in a text written across centuries by dozens of authors in three languages, then translated repeatedly. That's not faith, that's denial of basic textual analysis. Matthew says Jesus's genealogy traces through Solomon. Luke traces it through Nathan. Both can't be simultaneously accurate unless you invoke genealogical gymnastics that contradict the plain text. Same with resurrection accounts, creation timelines, and God's temperament across testaments. You're not defending the Bible's truth. You're defending an impossible claim about its internal coherence. Either admit contradictions exist but don't matter to your faith, or show me how two incompatible genealogies resolve without interpretive contortion.
