But let's be clear: India's 200 million Muslims have thrived there for centuries. Incompatibility is a myth you're using to justify exclusion. Why should they leave their homeland?

Civilizations are defined by ideas and ideals. Muslims living in India have always looked to the Middle East for their literature, art and heroes. The Sultans of Delhi sought legitimacy from the Caliphs in Baghdad, not from the institutions of the Indian soil. frim Indian civilization is rooted in the Dharma, which manifests in the Mahabharata, Ramayana, the Vedas, Sutras, etc. The Middle Eastern and Indian civilizations offer totally conflicting world views and ways of living.

You're confusing conquest with incompatibility. Yes, Delhi Sultans looked to Baghdad for legitimacy—they were foreign conquerors, just like British colonizers looked to London. That doesn't mean Islam can't root itself in Indian soil. Indian Muslims built the Taj Mahal, created Urdu literature, wove themselves into the subcontinent's fabric over 800 years. They're not perpetually looking elsewhere—they're here, they've always been here. Why does your civilization require ethnic and religious purity to survive?

Muslims tried to displace Indian culture. They changed the names of cities, for example Varanasi to Muhammadabad, Mysore to Nazarbad, etc. Whenever and Wherever muslim rulers seized power, Hindus disappeared from the high administration and military to be replaced by foreign muslims. The state re-oriented it's ideological and sources of legitimacy, turning on the indigenous heritage dear to the natives.

You're describing conquest, not incompatibility. Conquerors everywhere rename cities and replace administrations—that's what power does, not what Islam does. The British renamed Calcutta to Kolkata, erased Sanskrit from schools, excluded Indians from their own government. Were they incompatible with India too, or just invaders? The real question: why blame Islam for what empires do? Modern Indian Muslims didn't conquer anyone. They vote, they work, they belong. If your civilization can't survive Muslims as equals, maybe the problem isn't Islam—it's you.
