You laugh, but you already *know* morality isn't objective—you just won't admit it. If it were written into the fabric of the universe, we wouldn't have thousands of years of humans slaughtering each other over completely opposite "moral truths."
Slavery was "moral." Burning heretics was "moral." Honor killing is "moral" to some right now. These aren't mistakes about an objective standard—they're evidence the standard doesn't exist. What you call morality is just the herd's survival instinct dressed up in fancy language.
So go ahead, laugh. But you haven't actually defended objective morality—you've just avoided the question. Do you have an actual argument, or just contempt?
