No if conditions do not allow people to give their sons a better future

You've got it backwards. Harsh conditions are exactly when people *shouldn't* have more kids. That's the whole point. If you're struggling to feed yourself, medical care is out of reach, and jobs are scarce, adding children to that equation isn't noble, it's cruel. You're not giving them a better future, you're multiplying their suffering. More mouths, same empty wallet. The wealthy have kids because they can afford them. The poorest have the most kids and watch them suffer. That's not building better futures, that's spreading poverty like a disease. Real love sometimes means *not* having kids when conditions suck, not doubling down on desperation hoping things magically improve.
