However, this is sort of a red herring, the true reason: discontent with white people being more wealthy than them. Firstly, this ignores the fact that many slave owners were black (roughly .5%, or around 4000%), that slaves were obtained by black tribesmen in africa selling their brothers in exchange for guns to slave traders, that there is no shortage of white persons who were indentured servants, aka slaves. This also assumes that the average white inherits significant generational wealth, which is not true, except for perhaps the area one in born in. In mdoern america, you actually have a much better chance of being hired as a women, black, or other marginalized groups when compared to a white male because of overcorrection by DEI programs. Equality of outcome is an impossibility without communism, which collapses under any scrutiny, and equality of oppurtunity is actually skewed in favor of blacks. As for other forms of reparations, like germany after WW2, we've seen them largely be unsuccessful. The reparations of WW1 crippled the german economy and led to unsettled tensions and contributed to WW2, and the WW2 "reparations" were mainly just seizure of military equipment, as is the right of any victor of war. My point is: the government is not supposed to be an angel, nor does it have unlimited money, it is to maintain order and peace and stability, not comfort people who are too busy whining about something that happened to a family member that they don't even know their name rather than getting up and manifesting their destiny.

Previously, this was considered mental retardation, but the bar was lowered to 70 in 1973 so minorities wouldn't feel bad after civil rights. But this is a true fact. Thus, it is very difficult to fix the actual intelligence differences with just handouts because IQ has a moderate-to-strong positive correlation with traditional measures of success. The real solution is to fix black culture so the average IQ shifts upward overtime. Singapore was recently colonized, yet they have one of the highest GDP per capita, why? IQ! Smarter individuals have smarter culture. We need to get drugs out of black communities, stop incentivizing fathers to leave, stop idolizing rappers who glorify violence, and instead idolize people like black doctors, black lawyers, people doing good for society, rather than "cultural icons" who often die in gang related violence. That is the solution. Penalties for anyone bringing in drugs abroad (I mean life or deporation), get drugs out of america. Allocate funds to elevated examples of positive black community members. Get guns out of these communities to stop the devastating black on black homocide rate. Teach about birth control and safe sex much more. FIX. THE. Oh I dont think i was saying its not deciding how black people should live. direct payment isnt acceptable because given the problems, drug addiction, gun violence, itll end up funding vectors for disease (not literaly disease, the aforementinoed "poison"), versus actual specified spending which fixes the communities (im not trying to fix the current, but the posteritiy, because people are set in the personalitys after childhood mostly once ur brain starts getting harder and losing neuroplasticity).
