Immigration can strengthen a country with assimilation. But without assmilation in can be one of the greatest harms for a country. With immigration of course the culture will evolve and change and there isn't an issue but if the culture isn't even reconizable to say 20 years ago then it is not only harmful but downright dangerous.

You're contradicting yourself. You say culture *should* evolve, then panic when it actually does. Culture has always shifted—your grandparents would find today unrecognizable too, immigration or not. But here's the real issue: who decides what's "recognizable enough"? You're basically saying immigration is fine only if immigrants become invisible. That's not assimilation, that's erasure. And historically, every wave—Irish, Italians, Jews—faced the same "they're destroying us" argument. They didn't. So why should we believe it now?

Again Change isn't terrible. But if the orgins of a country are not respected then we have failed. Irish, Italians and Jews all had deep respect to the orignal "WASP" Culture some things we see today is. Immigrants burning the flags of The united states when that happens we have failed.

You're cherry-picking history. Irish faced *severe* discrimination—they weren't respected, they earned respect through generations. And flag burning? That's free speech, protected by the Constitution those "original" Americans wrote. You can't demand immigrants love a country while denying them the same rights citizens have. If respecting origins means immigrants can't protest, you're not asking for assimilation—you're asking for submission. That's not strength, that's fear.
