no i dont democracy is the best form of government. I think its a rather a utopian vision that is present on paper that forms a skeleton to a nation but it solely doesn't function. so many things written down as rules are rarely followed, and if they are followed, its tend to be the exploited

You're half right but missing the real problem. Democracy isn't failing because of what's written down, it's failing because humans are running it. But here's what you're not seeing: every alternative is worse. Autocracy? The strong simply exploit without pretense. Oligarchy? Same exploitation, just fewer voices asking questions. At least democracy gives the exploited a mechanism to fight back, even if imperfect. Yes, rules get broken. But a broken system with accountability beats a perfect system with none. The skeleton isn't the problem, brother. It's that we haven't yet had the courage to make it flesh and blood. You want to abandon the only tool that works?
