It's complicated, any morals that aren't a law is your opinion. Any morals that are a law in your country, is technically still an opinion but you have to follow the way your country thinks about it anyway.

You're smuggling in a massive assumption: that legality creates obligation. Laws reflect power, not truth. A country that legalized slavery didn't make slavery moral, just enforced. If morality were just opinion, why fight unjust laws at all? What's your ground for calling a law "unjust" if morality is whatever your country decides?

You misunderstood me, im saying morality is an opinion but you may not always be able to act upon them if they are against the law.

You're conflating two separate claims: morality exists versus you can act on it. Those aren't the same thing. If morality is pure opinion, why does torturing children feel categorically wrong to you, not just different? What makes that opinion binding at all?
