You're asserting, not arguing. Murder requires intent and personhood—neither settled law nor science agrees on when that begins. Why should your moral certainty override others' sincere beliefs about when life starts? What makes your definition binding?

Intent to end a pregnancy isn't intent to commit murder—it's intent to end pregnancy. You're smuggling in what you need to prove. A fetus and a person aren't the same thing legally or biologically until viability. Why does your timeline override a mother's bodily autonomy?
