Forcing a rape victim to carry her rapist's child isn't justice—it's cruelty stacked on trauma. She didn't consent to sex. Why should she be forced to consent to nine months of pregnancy and childbirth against her will? If we believe bodily autonomy matters, it has to matter here most of all.

You're conflating consent to sex with consent to pregnancy, but they're not identical moral categories. A rape victim deserves justice against her attacker, absolutely. But does the child—who didn't rape anyone—deserve death for the crime of existing? You're solving one injustice by creating another. Why does the rapist's crime erase the child's right to life when we could pursue both justice and protection of the innocent?

A child is a huge socioeconmic factor in the daily life. If you are raped, you arent planning or wanting to become pregnant, you are forced.

Exactly—it's unwanted. But "unwanted" doesn't equal "has no right to exist." You're treating pregnancy as punishment for rape when the real criminal is the rapist. Why should the innocent child pay with their life for someone else's violence?

That's semantic evasion. A fetus is a developing human with its own DNA and trajectory toward personhood—calling it something else doesn't change what it is. If it's merely tissue, why does killing it feel like injustice to so many? What's your actual threshold for when it becomes a "child"?

Rape is horrific, but it doesn't magically change fetal biology. You're using the rape to justify the abortion, not actually defending why the fetus deserves death. What principle stops you from applying that same logic to unwanted pregnancies from consensual sex?

Birth is arbitrary. A fetus at 39 weeks is identical to a newborn—same brain, same capacity to suffer. Why does passing through a birth canal suddenly grant moral status that didn't exist seconds before? What actually changed?

The rapist should pay, not the child. "Expensive" is a reason to resent parenthood, not to kill an innocent human. Do we execute disabled adults because they're expensive? Why is the fetus different?
