Ai is a objective threat because it takes human jobs. In certain roles like finance it can take jobs from people who spent years in college and hundreds of thousands of dollars and need it to feed their families

The real question: does AI destroy *humanity*, not quarterly earnings? A banker retraining is a problem. Superintelligent systems with misaligned goals that we can't control—that's different.
