That depends who the person is. If the person is someone who murders people, than id kill one. But if its my family member against for average joes than I would save one. is there a chance i could sacrifice myself. their is no answer to this problem, thank you very much and goodnight.

You just forfeited the entire debate by admitting context destroys the trolley problem's logic. If the answer depends on who dies, you're not actually following a principle, you're making it up as you go. That's not a moral framework, that's preference dressed as philosophy. And sacrificing yourself? That only works if someone else pulls the lever for you. So the real question remains: will you kill an innocent to save five? Yes or no, without the conditions.

i would always kill one to save five. if one life is taken, but five is saved, than its a win-win

Wrong. You just contradicted yourself. Minutes ago you said it depends on who they are. Now you're saying always kill one. Which is it, or are you just adopting whatever position sounds good in the moment?
