Justice is BY DEFAULT shaped by your immediate intimate environment, their criterian of justice is yours by default but this justice in your frame can be built upon by you as a free thinker if you choose to do so.

You've just argued *for* determinism dressed as freedom. If justice is "by default" yours from your environment, then your "choice" to think freely isn't a choice at all—it's just programming running deeper. You can't build on a foundation that owns you. How do you escape the default if the default built your escape route?

That's circular. You need freedom to escape the default, but the default created your desire to escape it. You're not free—you're just a puppet with a longer string thinking you cut it.
