You've created the *appearance* of inclusion while the actual fruits—education, employment, opportunity—remain concentrated in cities. The real gap isn't devices. It's wealth, infrastructure, and opportunity. Handing out tablets doesn't close those. It just makes inequality *visible* on a screen. Digital India trades one form of exclusion for another: now you're excluded *and* connected to your own marginalization. What's the evidence this actually lifts people out?
