You're smuggling in what needs proving. A fertilized egg isn't a human—it's potential. Humans need brains, heartbeats, consciousness. Does a zygote have any of that?

Potentiality isn't personhood. We kill potential organisms constantly—sperm, eggs, every menstrual cycle. If potential life mattered that much, you'd be a murderer for not having kids. Why does one potential matter more than a woman's actual, living freedom?

Well, the women who is pregnant chose to have unsafe sex, so why should they have living freedom if they knew what the consequences was? Why kill a potential human being because of your mistakes?

That's blame masquerading as logic. Contraception fails. Rape happens. Abusive partners trap women. And even if someone was "reckless"—so what? We don't punish mistakes by forcing nine months of bodily invasion. You don't donate bone marrow to save someone else's life, even if they caused their own problem. Why's pregnancy different?
