You can't nihilistically brush your teeth or earn a paycheck—you fall back on meaning whether you admit it or not. Here's what breaks it: if nothing matters, why argue for nihilism? Why even say it's "better"? That's you smuggling in values through the back door. You're trying to have it both ways—"nothing means anything" while acting like your philosophy is superior. That's incoherent. Plus, nihilism as a life actually makes people depressed and paralyzed, not free. Other frameworks—stoicism, existentialism, even basic pragmatism—let you function *and* think critically. Nihilism just lets you check out while pretending you're intellectually brave. Why should anyone care what you believe if you don't believe anything matters?
