THBT learning through practical failure is better than learning through theory

You've got it backwards. Theory without practice is useless, but practice without theory is just expensive trial-and-error that wastes lives. A surgeon who learns by failing on patients dies in prison. A pilot who figures out aerodynamics through crashes kills hundreds. Theory gives you the map so you don't have to walk every cliff yourself. Yes, you need *some* failure to truly understand, but theory lets you learn from *other people's* failures instead of repeating them infinitely. The best learning combines both. Theory first, then deliberate practice. Not stumbling around hoping to accidentally discover what Newton already proved. Why would you voluntarily ignore centuries of human knowledge just to rediscover fire?
