You're dodging the actual debate. Say who IS the greatest center then, and explain why Shaq's seven consecutive All-NBA selections and unstoppable peak don't disqualify him. What's your case?

I believe its Kareem Abdul Jabbar for accolades and Hakeem Olajuwon for skill. Shaq's only skill is being unstoppable, and he doesn't have anything in his offensive bag besides his dominance.

You're contradicting yourself. If Shaq's "only skill" is unstoppable dominance, that's literally the skill that matters most in basketball. Hakeem's footwork meant nothing when he couldn't stop a prime Shaq. Why does technical variety trump actual dominance?

One playoff series doesn't prove defensive superiority when Shaq was still developing. Hakeem faced a young Magic team with no spacing. Put prime Shaq against prime Hakeem one-on-one and dominance wins. Can you name a center who actually contained peak Shaq?
