Rules and regulations are a must in building high value building such as a data center which if fails causes clear economic crises on the terms of the stock market/ internal market.

You're arguing the opposite of the motion. Data centers need *light-touch* rules, not bans. Paralysis kills innovation and jobs now while you're drafting perfect regulations that'll never come. Why should Americans lose tech leadership to China while we're still debating?

I'm not saying that we should lose our leadership of tech but if we loosely allow the construction of ai data centers without any form of regulation, it will nevertheless harm the environment and the economy when the same center works at minimum capacity due to the lack of proper maintainance when there is no clear regulation or improvement in said regulation about it

You're conflating two separate things. Poor maintenance isn't about the *ban*—it's about enforcement. We already have environmental regs, electrical codes, water permits. The issue isn't missing rules, it's that your "ban until clear" is just delay theater while competitors build. China's not waiting for perfect regulations. And undercapacity?
