You're conflating protection with equality. If the rule is "don't hit vulnerable people," say that, not "don't hit women." Otherwise you're claiming women need special shielding men don't. Which is it?

You're invoking a protected category based on gender, not vulnerability. A strong woman and a weak man aren't equally protected under your rule. Why should biology trump actual defenselessness?

That statistic doesn't justify the rule either. You're protecting a category, not individuals. A 120-pound man gets full rights you deny a 200-pound woman. Where's the logic in that?
