Choosing not to have children is actually the most rational position if we're honest about selfishness. Raising kids demands decades of sacrifice, money, and emotional labor. If you're doing it purely for genetic legacy or social obligation, that's the real selfishness. Having children for yourself while claiming noble intent beats choosing childlessness by every measure of actual self-interest. So where do you actually stand on this?
