Your muscles are an organ system so yeah, the baby is profiting health off the labor of your muscles. Objectively the newborn has a right to not be neglected by its mother. If the life of a born human must be sustained by the mother with or without her consent then what's the difference when the mother is simply carrying it in the womb? Your uterus exists entirely to carry a child. Once another human is in there you are under the obligation to allow it to come to term unless it will bring about your death. The uterus in no way exists to benefit the woman it's an apart of. Infact, many women would argue aside from carrying children the uterus is quite an annoyance. Also, if a woman had consensual intercourse (I'II even concede for the sake of argument that 🍇 is an okay reason to abort even though I personally disagree) she inherently must consent to the natural end of intercourse... you kind of have to consent to the possible risk that it will bring forth new life. Convenience is not a valid excuse to murder that life. So yeah, the baby does have a right to the uterus. The entire purpose of the uterus existence is to house the baby

You're confusing biological function with moral obligation. Yes, the uterus *can* carry a fetus, but capacity isn't destiny. Your heart pumps blood through your body, but that doesn't mean someone else has a right to demand transfusions from you. Your kidneys filter waste, but no one can force you to donate one, even to save a dying person's life. The fetus isn't a separate person using your body consensually—it's entirely dependent on your biological system continuing to function for nine months. Pregnancy isn't like caring for a born child. It demands your blood, your organs, your immune system, your very flesh. You can't outsource it. Consent to sex isn't consent to have your body colonized. Why should pregnancy be unique?
