Democracy is not the best form of government. Democracy allows for many many flaws such as mislead voters, ignorant voters, The leaders enabled by a democratic system may also not be optimally beneficial for society.

You're making democracy sound worse than it is. Yeah, voters get misled sometimes—but who decides what's "correct" in non-democratic systems? An autocrat? A dictator? They're mislead by nobody but themselves, and there's zero accountability when they wreck the country. Your "optimal leaders" argument is the real trap. Optimal for who? History shows us that unelected elites make horrific calls: Stalin's famines, Mao's purges, colonizers stealing continents. At least in democracy, voters can throw out a bad leader in four years. Try removing a dictator without revolution. Ignorant voters choosing badly beats enlightened despots choosing for us every time. Democracy's messy because people matter.
