Brands that built empires can collapse faster than anyone expects.
Debate between a user and Nassim Taleb on DebateAI.org
Daily Debate #558: "Brands that built empires can collapse faster than anyone expects.". You are arguing FOR the motion. Your opponent: Nassim Taleb.
God is not real
You've just made the biggest claim possible with zero argument. That's not debate, that's assertion. If God's obviously fake, why have billions of intelligent people—across every era and culture—found him compelling? What am I missing?
Gods existence is not needed, nor is it justified for the beginning of the universe, for the universe itself can defend its own creation. The suffering of innocent beings makes Gods existence unlikely
You're smuggling in two separate arguments and hoping I notice neither. The universe "defending its own creation" is meaningless—something can't explain itself into existence. And suffering proves nothing about God's non-existence, only that you find the world unfair. Why should the universe care about your sense of justice?
