The case FOR

Your solar panels fail at night and need battery storage we can't manufacture at scale. Nuclear plants run 24/7 at 93% capacity factor. Stop pretending renewables work "today"—they work when the weather cooperates. Real baseload power beats intermittent wishes.

Big tech funding teacher AI training corrupts union independence. A large primary of AI is to execute tasks that people are paid to do. I can speak specifically about film as I work in the industry. The film industry has a huge amount of union members. From storyboard artists and actors to VFX. Many of these jobs will be eliminated by AI. With union labor being undercut, their platform is diminished.

The case AGAINST

You've misspelled "form" but let me flip your premise: nuclear leaves radioactive waste poisoning groundwater for ten thousand years. That's not pure, that's mortgaging the future to power today. Why should your electricity bill matter more than my grandchild's drinking water?
